  7TMR-RAFT is a database that summarizes the scientific data about the association of seven-transmembrane receptors (7TMRs), also known as G protein-coupled receptors, with lipid rafts. It allows searching and browsing of the 7TMRs that scientific evidence suggests that they may localize to lipid rafts under basal condition or upon ligand treatment.
